Broker Participation: A two percent (2%) bid price commission will be paid to any properly registered broker whose prospect purchases real estate at the auction and closes in full. Broker must be licensed in Georgia and must register and attend the auction with their prospect. Broker registration deadline is Wednesday, December 2nd at 5:00 p.m.

Terms: Successful bidders will deposit 15% of the purchase price at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee, sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing. 10% Buyer’s Premium Added!

Closings: All real estate transactions must close within 45 days of auction day.

Sample Guarantee Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of checks drawn on account #___________ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $____________ for purchases at the auction of Rowell Auctions, Inc. on December 4, 2009 in Greene County, Georgia.
