All 3 Rings will sell simultaneously. In order to bid on items you must register and receive a bid card. All Bidders are required to provide Government Issued Photo ID, such as: • Drivers license • Photo passport • Other government issued photo identification There is no charge for registration. No Buyers Premium. GST to be paid in addition to purchase price where applicable. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED FROM LINDSTRAND AUCTIONS LTD. SALE YARD WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CONCLUSION OF AUCTION SALE DATE. STORAGE FEES WILL APPLY TO ANY EQUIPMENT REMAINING AFTER 7 DAYS. CURRENT RATES WILL APPLY. TERMS OF PAYMENT ARE: Cash, Debit, Valid Cheques in Good Standing accompanied by 2 pieces of major ID. Anyone issuing a NSF Cheque or Stop Payment on a cheque will be liable for inconvenience and legal fees. We will not retract our charges.
