To Persons Unknown to our Company: Cash or Cheque with irrevocable letter of credit from your bank, or certified cheque or bank draft. The auctioneers reserve the right to refuse company or private cheques at their discretion. Equipment will not be released to purchasers till the auction company is satisfied with full payment.

The advertising & posters are merely a guide. Description as to condition, year, & serial numbers are believed to be correct, but are no way warranted or guaranteed actual or implied. Neither auctioneers nor owners will be responsible for missing parts. Everything sells as is, where is. Once an article has become sold, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Subject to additions & deletions. Not responsible for accidents.
