Thank you for your consignment to the 14th Annual Thanksgiving Antique Tractor Auction. This years auction will be on November 27 & 28th, 2009 at the Christian County Fair Grounds on W. Spresser St in Taylorville, IL .Taylorville is 17.7 miles North of Nokomis and 27 miles South of Springfield, IL.
We guarantee that every consignor that sends us pictures of their items will have them posted to the Internet so people worldwide will have the opportunity to view them before the auction.
In an effort to organize the drop off of your consignments we’ve included our hours for drop offs schedule. Gates will be locked at the fairgrounds when someone is not present. Please abide by the scheduled drop off times. A portable loading dock will be available to help unload semis with tractors on them.
MONDAY-SATURDAY 8:00 A.M.– 4:00 P.M.
SUNDAY NOON– 4:00 P.M.
THANKSGIVING DAY 1:00 P.M– 5:00 P.M.
Remember– NO AUCTION DAY CONSIGNMENTS!!! The last day to deliver tractors is on Friday, November 27th . Please keep this letter for your records of the drop off times. SATURDAY—engines, tractors, implements.
Directions:
Route 29 North from Springfield. Take the Third stop light, turn right. Go to the next stop light, turn right. Go west until you see fairgrounds on left side of the road.
Route 29 South from Pana. Continue on that same road (no turns!) until you see the fair grounds on left side of the road. Go though all stop lights in town.
Route 48 North from Decatur. Continue on route 48 around Taylorville until you get to the Airport Road and turn right (north). Continue along airport and around the curve until you see fairgrounds on your right (south) side of road.
Route 48 South from Raymond. Turn Left on first Taylorville sign along airport. Continue along airport and around the curve until you see fairgrounds on your right (south) side of road.
